Outdoor and Recreational

Outdoor furniture solutions

Sileather® silicone fabrics are not only durable and tough enough to handle the outdoors with our exceptional UV resistance, stain resistance, cold crack resistance, and hydrolysis resistance, but have a smooth touch that makes them perfect for outdoor upholstery.

Sileather® is weatherproof, helping to maintain the longevity of your cushions. The stain resistant qualities means that you can spend more time relaxing on your furniture and less time cleaning it. High UV resistance and salt water resistance means our fabrics are great for use in tropical areas like the Caribbean, Central America, Australia, Asia Pacific, and the Mediterranean.

Skin irritation and cytotoxicity certified means that prolonged exposure to our fabrics on bare skin will cause no allergic reactions, rashes, or irritation.*

Our fabrics are the perfect alternative to genuine leather, polyurethanes (PU), and vinyls (PVC). After using our fabrics, you'll never want to go back.

*This is presumed to be true with the exception of a silicone allergy. This is very rare, as silicone is used in many medical devices. Consult a physician for further information on silicone allergies.

Advantages and features

Sileather's silicone coating brings out the best in outdoor weatherproof characteristics. Not only is the fabric waterproof, but it is resistant to UV for over 1500 hours in testing. When used in conjunction with an mildew/mold resistant foam or filler, your outdoor furniture will last for years. Extreme temperature resistance makes Sileather viable in a wide range of environments.
