Uniquely designed for medical and healthcare institutions, Sileather® guarantees both comfort and health safety. Our fabrics are easy to clean, safe to sanitize, stain resistant, and highly durable.

Sileather® fabrics have no additives as a result of the inherent characteristics of silicone. Our flame resistance, stain resistance, and many other qualities are achieved without additional chemicals or additives.

Healthcare solutions

Sileather® silicone fabrics are not only durable and tough enough to handle healthcare environments, but have a uniquely skin safe touch that makes it compatible for infants and newborns to those who need elder care, and everyone in between.

Sileather® is waterproof, helping to ensure that bodily fluids, liquids, food and drink, and bacteria do not penetrate the fabric and into the cushions. If the cushions inside of bedding and seating is contaminated with bacteria or viruses, the whole unit must be disposed of. Using Sileather will help save time and money in the long run.

All of our fabrics are skin irritation and cytotoxicity certified means that prolonged exposure to our fabrics on bare skin will cause no allergic reactions, rashes, or irritation.*

Our fabrics are the perfect alternative to genuine leather, polyurethanes (PU), and vinyls (PVC), and much safer & healthier.

Using Sileather silicone fabrics in your hospital, outpatient clinic, children's ward, or healthcare facility will contribute to LEED v4 points.

*This is presumed to be true with the exception of a silicone allergy. This is very rare, as silicone is used in many medical devices. Consult a physician for further information on silicone allergies.
